About:Balance and Energy?

Hi and thanks for stopping by my blog: "Balance and Energy"! My name is Brandi Hough and I have set aside this space to share helpful health articles, functional yet nutritious recipes and fitness tips that are sure to transform your life and busy schedule into a true Balance that will give you Energy each and every day!

"Balance and Energy" are, to me, the two most important ingredients of a healthy life. "Everything in moderation" is the premise. Your Balance is your lifestyle: family and work, exercise and couch potato time, whole grain diet and fresh dessert..(you see where I am going with this) Energy refers to not just what you will get from a balanced lifestyle but what you put into it. Seeing food as an energy source much like gasoline to a car is what gives you the results that will change your life.
